Funding his political ambitions using a fortune acquired while overseeing the largest Medicare fraud in United States history, this representative of the wealthy elite has used his power to slash funding for public education by over $1.3 billion, cut hundreds of millions of dollars for environmental protection, and chop half a billion dollars for health care.
