MIAMI, FL. – October 2nd, 2020 – Today, Florida Watch PC launched digital ad programs in state House Districts 105, 115, and 118. This program will run until Election Day, November 3rd, and focus on persuadable voters, until it expands to include mobilization targets in the final run up to the election. Persuadable voters include those with partisanship scores of 30 to 69.99, vote propensity scores of 70 and above, all NPAs that voted in 2016 or 2018, and all voters newly registered since the 2016 election, excluding Republicans, with partisanship scores of 30 to 69.99. Mobilization voters include those with partisanship scores of 70 and above, those with vote propensity scores from 0 to 69.99 that voted in 2016 but not 2018, plus those newly registered since 2016 with partisanship scores above 70, and all new Democrats that have registered since January 1st, 2020.
In HD115 and HD118, we will run digital videos on Snapchat, OTT, Facebook and Programmatic video with a budget of $20,000 in HD115 and $20,000 in HD118. In HD105 we will run display and Video on Snapchat, OTT, Facebook, and Programmatic with a budget of $85,000. You can view the creative content below:
